Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains and are inherently transparent. Transaction data—including wallet addresses and amounts—is publicly visible once broadcast to the network. This Policy does not apply to on-chain data that is public by nature. Your linked wallet address may be visible to other participants on the Hyperliquid network that powers ChipaX's trading infrastructure.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. ChipaX is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. ChipaX is operated globally. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data during international transfers.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as Hyperliquid for trading infrastructure and Google for authentication). This Privacy Policy applies only to ChipaX. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
